Today, he is launching Poseidon, an advanced water control unit for residential, multi-family, and commercial buildings—set to be a game-changer in modern water distribution.

Gerry Wright — National Sales Manager

With over 30 years in sales management, Gerry brings deep expertise and proven results to HAP System. Formerly with a leading power tool manufacturer, he managed key accounts across industrial, wholesale, home center, government, and OEM channels. At HAP, his enthusiasm is fueled by showing customers how the system saves time, reduces costs, and boosts profitability. Gerry is results-driven, goal-oriented, and dedicated to delivering reliable solutions that make pipe installation faster and more efficient.

Matt Wilhelmi — CFO, Investor Relations

Brings more than 15 years of experience as a strategic CFO, helping business owners grow through financial structuring, acquisition sourcing, execution and integration, product, channel and market development, and enterprise-level deal structuring. While Matt’s first priority at HAP System is supporting existing operations and engagements, his vision extends to expanding distribution into new channels, bringing HAP System’s safety and cost-saving benefits to wholesale distributors, strategic partners, and regulatory bodies across the construction, trades, and housing sectors.

Michael Jenkins – HAP System DoD Account & Strategic Development

Michael Jenkins is the founder of a technology company specializing in industrial monitoring, sensor-based solutions, and equipment performance. His work focuses on developing innovative technologies that improve operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and industrial performance. At HAP System, Michael brings a technology-driven perspective to strategic development, supporting the advancement of the company’s patented pipe support technology, expanding opportunities within the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and military applications, and strengthening HAP System’s presence across the construction, defense, and industrial markets.

Peter Neumann — Business Development

Peter brings over 30 years of experience in product development, R&D, innovation, and IP management, gained at a leading global power tool manufacturer. Inspired by Tom’s laser-cut innovations during a rehab project, he joined HAP System to drive growth and advance groundbreaking plumbing solutions. Peter excels at identifying ways to improve labor productivity, reduce costs, and safeguard pipes, aligning perfectly with Tom’s vision for innovation.

Marie Motyckova — Account Operations Manager

Marie began her career in the Czech Republic in corporate settings, first as a Customer Service Representative and later in sales. After moving to the United States, she continued to leverage her passion for selling and strong communication skills, which led her to her current role as Account Operations Manager. She oversees key accounts including Home Depot, Lowe’s, SupplyHouse, and others, managing workflows and ensuring smooth operations across multiple channels.

Todd Brenneman — Web & Digital Platforms Manager

Jim Voight – HAP Business & Legal Advisor

Jim has practiced law since 2006, bringing nearly two decades of experience in sales, leadership, management, and small-business ownership. His real-world business background gives him a practical understanding of his clients and their needs. He founded his own law firm in 2018 with a focus on responsive, modern, and technology-driven legal services.

Justin Lampel – HAP Intellectual Property Counsel

Justin earned his B.S. in Biology/Chemistry from Illinois State University in 1996 and his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, focusing on intellectual property law. He founded Lampel Law, P.C., where he focuses on patents and trademarks, with experience managing over 1,000 U.S. trademark files and patent and trademark filings in more than 50 countries. He is admitted to the Illinois and California Bars, the Northern District of Illinois, and is registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
