Formerly with a leading power tool manufacturer, he managed key accounts across industrial, wholesale, home center, government, and OEM channels. Todd Suzuki — DoD Coordinator / Liaison

Todd leverages his U.S. Navy background and nearly a decade supporting Air Force and DoD contracts to connect HAP System’s innovative pipe solutions with defense operations. He ensures seamless integration, clear communication, and mission-aligned support, helping teams save time, reduce labor, and improve consistency. A trusted liaison, Todd’s dedication to efficiency and results reflects his commitment to service and supporting critical infrastructure.

Peter Neumann — Business Development

Peter brings over 30 years of experience in product development, R&D, innovation, and IP management, gained at a leading global power tool manufacturer. Inspired by Tom’s laser-cut innovations during a rehab project, he joined HAP System to drive growth and advance groundbreaking plumbing solutions. Peter excels at identifying ways to improve labor productivity, reduce costs, and safeguard pipes, aligning perfectly with Tom’s vision for innovation.

Marie Motyckova — Account Operations Manager

Marie began her career in the Czech Republic in corporate settings, first as a Customer Service Representative and later in sales. After moving to the United States, she continued to leverage her passion for selling and strong communication skills, which led her to her current role as Account Operations Manager. She oversees key accounts including Home Depot, Lowe’s, SupplyHouse, and others, managing workflows and ensuring smooth operations across multiple channels.
